TBK Construction Management is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and have an immediate impact on a booming business that’s growing every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• With direct support from a Project Executive, oversee and manage construction bond programs from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee and manage designers, consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with project documents and contracts.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and proactively address challenges as they arise.
• Prepare and present regular updates to school boards, staff and internal stakeholders.
• Regularly interface with many different stakeholders and provide guidance, expertise and direction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction project management or architecture (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, (public K-14 preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
