The Project Manager will support various projects and project stakeholders throughout the organization, across various channels. This position provides project management support of the full project life cycle ensuring clear objectives, measurable goals, documented decisions and processes, targeted requirements and on-time implementation.
Responsibilities
* Partner with project leadership to create a vision, objectives and success metrics for each project undertaken.
* Create project plans, track and monitor progress toward milestones, lead communication efforts, complete status reports, and facilitate project meetings to drive projects to completion.
* Identify project blockers, resources to solve issues, escalation processes and issue resolution.Ensure blockers, tasks, actions and resolutions are communicated.
* Create and maintain project related documentation,including project plans, decision logs, action items, etc, according to business practices and document retention policies.
* Indirectly manage people and day-to-day elements of the project scope to ensure accurate and timely completion
Required: Bachelor
Preferred: Strong academic performance
Language
Required: English C1+
Experience
Required: Minimum 3 years business experience including at least one year of Project Management.
Technical Skills
REQUIRED: Project Management, strong analytical skills, queries, extraction tools
PREFERRED: SQL, SAS, Access database, SharePoint, Power BI
PC Skills
REQUIRED: Proficiency with MS Office
PREFERRED: Visio and Project
