CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Project Manager for an Electrical Systems client in the Irving, TX area. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multi-million dollar electrical equipment projects from order to completion. You will oversee coordination with customers and suppliers, manage submittals and approvals, track material shipments, and ensure smooth project execution. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of project management experience with a background in electrical systems or industrial control systems. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical systems or related industries (e.g., data communications, industrial control systems, construction, etc) required!
• Bachelor’s degree or 2-year technical degree preferred
• Knowledge of Solar Eclipse and SE Advantage ERP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage systems or Square D products is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution
• Coordinate project submittal approvals, place purchase orders, and track material shipments
• Manage project timelines, changes, and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion
• Process invoices, track payments, and complete project close-outs
• Utilize project management tools and maintain detailed documentation

Compensation for the Project Manager:

• Employment type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
• Salary/Pay: $75-85K/year + up to 15% bonus (based on experience and performance)
• Location: 100% on-site in Irving, TX
