Summary

Tesla's Sales & Delivery Operations team drives critical initiatives that support our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Project Manager - Sales Learning & Development to lead high-impact programs that improve operational performance and elevate the customer experience across our sales and delivery teams. This role supports Sales and Delivery Learning and leadership development by using insights, training, and strategic partnerships to fuel frontline excellence. This role may be located at any of our Sales, Service or Delivery locations. * Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving sales and delivery performance across North America, using data, field insights, and performance metrics to prioritize and track initiatives * Partner with local and regional leaders to assess training needs, analyze operational gaps, and define learning strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs * Design, manage, and deliver high-impact learning interventions, including virtual and in-person training sessions, systems, processes, product knowledge, and customer experience best practices * Conduct field visits and interviews with customer-facing teams and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to gather qualitative insights, validate learning effectiveness, and continuously evolve curriculum based on real-time business needs and customer feedback * Evaluate learning outcomes using data, feedback loops, and store performance trends; report insights to senior stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices * Champion a culture of operational excellence by aligning training efforts with customer experience goals, and reinforcing leadership accountability across regions * 5+ years of experience in program/project management, learning & development, sales operations, or customer-facing roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments * Proven ability to scope, lead, and deliver complex initiatives across teams while balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution * Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience delivering content across all organizational levels. Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills * Highly analytical and skilled at using data to identify root causes, measure impact, and drive action * Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset * Willingness to travel for field visits and training execution, as needed * Experience with CRM systems and learning management platforms is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Excel and PowerPoint is critical. Proficient in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate and interpreting data is advantageous
