Role Overview: As a Project Manager in the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) team at Sagility, you will lead end-to-end implementation, transformation, and optimization of enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Platforms.
We're looking for a visionary leader with deep expertise in ERP implementations and support (Workday, Salesforce, ICIMS, etc.), who also brings a strong understanding of AI-driven transformation. Your creativity and strategic foresight will be key in reimagining how AI can elevate enterprise processes, workforce engagement, and decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle ERP implementations, including Workday HCM, Payroll, and Recruitment, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems.
Own enterprise application support and continuous improvement across systems such as Salesforce, ICIMS, Finance, and Payroll platforms.
Champion the design and execution of AI-powered transformation projects across HR, recruitment, business operations, and service delivery.
Visualize and drive future-state process automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and employee experience enhancements using AI.
Manage complex, multi-functional project portfolios using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, delivery, and vendor teams. Sagility
Lead a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Developers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
What We're Looking For - 10+ years in Project Management with strong experience in ERP implementation, support, and enterprise systems.
In-depth expertise in Workday HCM, Salesforce, Payroll, and Recruitment platforms.
Experience with AI/ML-based solutions, intelligent automation, or digital transformation projects. - Strong visualization, storytelling, and design thinking skills.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
Solid understanding of application architecture, data integration, and system performance optimization.
