Job Summary (Project Manager)
Serve as Senior Project Manager for long-term Salesforce projects with a sector
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing in a hybrid work environment (4 days on-site in Sacramento, 1 day remote)
Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Apply project management best practices, methodologies, and tools (PMP, Scrum/Agile)
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and client representatives
Utilize experience in public sector and Salesforce platforms to drive project success
Adhere to project scope, budget, and schedule while mitigating risks and resolving issues
Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
Maintain current certifications: PMP (PMI) and Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe)
