Overview:

Lead strategic projects, optimize resource allocation, foster a culture of successful project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices through training, coaching, and lessons learned dissemination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Establish methodologies that guarantee the delivery of planned outputs and benefits within the designated budget and allocated resources.
• Facilitate the allocation of project management resources, monitor scope changes, and proactively resolve issues affecting project/program performance.
• Implement systems for monitoring and reporting on resource availability, ensuring optimal distribution of workloads.
• Utilize various systems and tools to facilitate decision-making, promptly communicating risks or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide training, awareness programs, and coaching to project management resources, fostering a culture that prioritizes successful project delivery.
• Organize and disseminate lessons learned, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree in IT, IS, MIS, computer science, business administration or any equivalent degree.
• Relevant working experience within the range of 3-7 years.
• The leveling of the role will depend on the candidate's years of experience.
