Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams, stakeholders, and project timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and provide guidance to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on budget and timeline management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
