Duties and Responsiblities:

• Lead and manage the RF Optimization team across multiple sites.

• Ensure achievement of project KPIs (CSSR, DCR, HSR, Throughput, etc.).

• Plan and oversee drive test activities, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Interface directly with client technical teams to present network improvement plans.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and reporting.

• Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality network optimization delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering.

• 5–8 years of hands-on RF Optimization experience on Huawei, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong command on GSM/UMTS/LTE networks and advanced optimization techniques.

• Proficiency with planning, post-processing, and reporting tools.

• Excellent leadership, client handling, and project management skills.
