POSITION - PROJECT MANAGER - HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Downtown Toronto practice to work with our high-rise residential projects.

Role accountabilities:

• Under the direction of the Studio Manager, be able to work independently, lead the production team to prepare working drawings for permits, the tender, and construction documentation
• Engage and project lead the construction project process from the construction stage to client handover. This activity will include: reviewing drawings and technical specifications, monitoring schedules, working with project budgets, going to site, attending project-related meetings, and communicating with internal and external Teams and stakeholders
• Manage project resources and multiple project priorities, all the while meeting clients' expectations and Arcadis' commercial objectives
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience in the same position as a Project Manager with full-cycle mid/high-rise residential projects
• Good knowledge of Building Codes, LEED, and Toronto Green Standards
• Skilled in working with contracts, change orders, plans and drawings, schedules, and budgets
• Strong software skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.
• Strong commitment to Health and Safety

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$134,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
