About the role

We're on the lookout for a Project Manager to help lead a high-value, high-security defence construction project in Berkshire.

This isn't your average build - think complex infrastructure and fit-out , multiple stakeholders, tight security and a long term programme that genuinely makes a difference.

What you'll be doing

As a Project Manager you'll be:

  • Running major construction work streams from planning through to delivery
  • Keeping budgets, schedules and teams aligned and on track
  • Managing contractors, consultants and internal teams 
  • Navigating governance, security requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Identifying and mitigation of risk 


Who we're looking for

As a Project Manager you will :

  • Have a solid background in delivering large-scale construction projects
  • Be confident working in complex stakeholder environments
  • Have an excellent understanding of NEC contracts
  • Be able to obtain SC Clearance
  • Possess or be working towards APMP status
