Summary

AutoStore — Redefining Warehouse Automation Worldwide with our innovative robotic and software technology.

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a solid background in product development to join our growing Program Management Team. In this role, you’ll lead multidisciplinary R&D projects from early concept to launch — working closely with our technology-driven R&D team, production, and external partners to bring new, cutting-edge products to market.

The projects are complex and require coordination across different teams and technical disciplines. To succeed, you’ll need a mix of structure, planning, and direction-setting — combined with creativity, problem-solving skills, and clear communication. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and staying close to the product, this could be a great fit!

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of R&D projects from start to finish — making sure they stay on track, on time, and within budget.
  • Work closely with teams across different departments, as well as external partners, manufacturers, and suppliers to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Help shape project structure and planning by contributing to the work of the Program Management Office.
  • Regular on-site presence (2–3 times per month) to our headquarters in Vats for hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager — or similar experience in product development, product management, or engineering, preferably within robotics or automated solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams, with a strong grasp of both the technical and business sides of product development.

We Offer:

  • A Collaborative and Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.
  • Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.
  • A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
  • International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation.

Location for this role is in our offices in Lysaker, Oslo, Vats, Haugesund, or Stavanger

Application deadline: 12th of May. Please note that we review applications continuously—if this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply as early as possible! All inquiries are treated confidentially
