Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and data analytics, enabling them to drive project success while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain communication between stakeholders.
• Utilize data analysis and machine learning techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Implement Agile methodologies to manage project workflows effectively.
• Develop project roadmaps and track progress against goals and milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee the integration of various technologies and ensure successful deployment.
• Facilitate user experience research and usability testing to inform project direction.
• Utilize project management tools to document processes and maintain project documentation.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or data-intensive environment.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Proficiency in web development technologies (CSS, JavaScript, Angular, REACT).
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and network security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
