Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. 

 

Responsibilities



  • Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.
  • To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site reports and construction details.
  • Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard
  • Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship 
  • Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods 
  • Oversee project progress and prepare weekly report to Project Manager. 
  • Any others responsibilities and duties that may assigned from time to time.
  • Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
  • Quality or standard of workmanship control
  • General labour and workforce control
  • Chair project or site meeting


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, MS Project
  • Proficient in English
  • At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working and can work independently.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
  • Willing to work long hours and weekend when required.
