Description
Oversee full-cycle project management from pre-construction through closeout on public sector projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies
Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, RFI logs, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure projects comply with state and local codes, safety regulations, and contract specifications
Lead project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues proactively
Mentor assistant project managers and work collaboratively with the field team and superintendents
Profile
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in public construction (K-12, municipal, infrastructure, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of public bidding processes, government contracts, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Local experience in South Florida preferred
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the $95,000 - $120,000 range (depending on experience)
