Known for their professionalism, strong relationships with local municipalities, and commitment to timely project delivery, the company maintains a steady pipeline of public sector work throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Description

  • Oversee full-cycle project management from pre-construction through closeout on public sector projects

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies

  • Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, RFI logs, change orders, and project documentation

  • Ensure projects comply with state and local codes, safety regulations, and contract specifications

  • Lead project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues proactively

  • Mentor assistant project managers and work collaboratively with the field team and superintendents

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in public construction (K-12, municipal, infrastructure, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Strong understanding of public bidding processes, government contracts, and regulatory compliance

  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other construction management software

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Local experience in South Florida preferred
