As Project Manager you will lead project and programme teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programmes. You will establish robust methodologies, drive strategic alignment, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

What you will do:

• Lead, empower, and mentor project and programme teams to drive successful outcomes using established methodologies and tools.
• Organise and oversee programmes and activities that align with customer strategy, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
• Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication regarding project issues and decisions.
• Drive service excellence by balancing time, cost, and quality in project delivery.
• Act as a location matrix manager, offering mentorship, support, and escalation resolution for team members.
• Serve as a role model for Exceptional Service as a Standard (ESaaS), representing PMO and company interests both internally and externally.

• +3 years in Project Management within an MSP environment managing complex technology projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities to support and develop colleagues.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, including third-party engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations is desirable.
