Job Responsibilities:
· Heavily focused on 2-3 assigned outdoor (rooftop/ street-level) signage projects and provide advisory assistance on relative short-term projects
· Key Project in-charge for coordination between internal & external clients, AP/ RSE and contractors/ suppliers on signage construction projects
· Responsible for directing and supervising outdoor signage project management functions from design planning, vendor sourcing, construction, contract negotiation & administration and budgetary management to ensure the projects are completed within the time frame, quality standard and law compliance
· Coordinate with other business units on tender documentation, pricing and submission
· To attend regular meetings and organize work with contractors, suppliers & clients
Job Requirements:
· Degree or above in Building Studies / Engineering / Construction Management / Interior Design / Project Management or equivalent
· Over 4-5 years relevant working experience in local building service or fitting out projects
· Good knowledge in structural, E&M services, building construction procedures and building regulations related to outdoor signboard works (e.g. APP-126)
· Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
· Good leadership, strong communication and presentation skills are required
· Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
· Immediate availability is highly preferred
