Position Description
We are looking to hire a dynamic project manager to join our program.
As a project manager, you will be assist in Project Management related engagements.
You will play a crucial role in the delivery of our Transformation Program.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing elements of the program that will entail working with a cross-functional team, setting, and monitoring timelines, identifying and minimizing risks, communicating and presenting progress reports and driving on-time, in full delivery of our Transformation.
You will use project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements.
You will also be responsible to recognize the cultural implications of mixing skilled workers from many nations, along with the tactical steps required for teams to collaborate effectively.
You will ensure that a cross-functional team with representation from all key areas and stakeholders is organized and represented to ensure collaborative understanding and for gaining the support needed for the success of the project.
You will have extensive contact within key functional areas of our program including People Readiness, Business Process, Deployment, Infrastructure, and business support teams. This will require strong communication, prioritization, and coordination skills. Responsibilities Include
Serve as a key connection to the Project Management Office (PMO) leader.
Assist in assembling and presenting projects’ status reports.
Determine and define scope and objectives.
Assist in outlining best practices for how project milestones are set and how project health is communicated.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Support clear, concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management including coaching team members.
Assist in the preparation of budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements
Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Get teams on the same page: Schedule project kickoff meetings to go over scope, deliverables, timelines, and roles
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Assist Procurement Department in Master Service Agreements and Statement of Work information.
Assist in implementing and maturing capacity planning.
Remain flexible in an ever-changing environment to support the PMO Department activities that arise in an ad hoc fashion.

Required Qualifications

Experience
A bachelor's degree in project management, or a similar field.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience as a project manager, or a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices
Experience in using popular project management tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, HP ALM, Microsoft Project.
PMP certification is preferred.
eRP implementation experience a plus
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Proven experience delivering complex and global scale projects in an international and multicultural environment.
