Seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on general project management and financial expertise. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing budgets, forecasting, resource scheduling, and ensuring large scale projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. This role requires a solid background and skillset in the construction project management process/Division 28/Engineering of Access Controls, Security, CCTV, Fire Alarm or related projects in order to successfully lead the planning and implementation of security integration projects . Incumbent must be able to maintain strong professional relationships and utilize solid communication skills and organizational/multi-tasking capabilities to manage multiple, competing priorities. Our PM’s have complete responsibility for project performance, customer satisfaction, and taking projects from start to finish.

Essential Functions

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Successfully manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and all applicable stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources.
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings as per customer schedule and requirements.
• Perform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Complete project close-out documents and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in the field of security integration is required.
• Certification in Project Management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and negotiation skills required.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• Strong project management skills, process-oriented, highly organized, and quality-focused.
