Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: * Project Manager will coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ranging from new client onboarding to network refreshes and cloud migrations * Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders * Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments * Manage communication between technical teams, clients, and vendors * As a Project Manager, you will monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or roadblocks * Ensure all projects align with MSP best practices, security standards, and SLAs * Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders * Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement* 3+ years of experience in project management within an MSP or IT services environment * Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud, etc.) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Exceptional communication and client management skills * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or similar) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment * PMP, PRINCE2, or CompTIA Project+ certification is a plus * Prefer a hybrid professional located near and willing to go into an office in: Detroit; Chicago; Minneapolis; Dallas; Phoenix; Raleigh
