Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing PMO team. In this role, you'll lead and support technology and product development initiatives across Architecture, Development, and Infrastructure. Your focus will include product feature enhancements, platform resiliency, and greenfield projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive project success from inception to delivery.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, manage multiple concurrent projects, and leverage Jira dashboards for effective project reporting and governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver concurrent IT, business applications, operations, and development projects.
  • Drive project planning, scoping, execution, monitoring, and closure using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including charters, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and project collaboration.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment, even without direct authority.
  • Report project status, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders regularly.
  • Champion process improvement and automation initiatives across teams.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies where applicable (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Advanced Jira and Confluence user; ability to build custom dashboards and queries.
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-system SDLC projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results without direct authority.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Atlassian certification (JIRA/Confluence).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Scrum experience.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
