What will you do?
In your role, you will lead in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing clinical trial projects. You will be accountable for the project scope, team and resources, budget, and success or failure.
Here's the nitty-gritty:
· Create effective project plans for the setup and successful execution of clinical trial projects.
· Review, negotiate, and agree on project scope, timelines, and success criteria
· Oversee execution and timely completion of all project tasks to achieve performance goals
· Review project-based work across Projects and Patient Enrollment Center teams.
· Run project meetings with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
· Analyze areas for improvement and devise effective strategies to achieve project success.
· Build relationships with advocacy groups and industry partners for clinical trial projects.
In addition to the above, you may work on the following:
· Ensure successful renewals, extensions, and/or expansion for projects.
· Maintain relationships with research sites and train them to use our platform.
· Support business development by joining meetings and sharing information and expert opinions.
· Conduct condition research for potential and ongoing projects

· You have 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator, assistant PM, or project manager.
