The Opportunity

You will oversee the delivery of building fabric projects across the site, including planned maintenance, refurbishments, and emergency works. In parallel, you will lead the asset’s environmental reporting and performance strategy, working to meet corporate ESG targets and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all building fabric projects to specification, on time and within budget
• Manage the site’s Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPMP) and ensure documentation is up to date
• Oversee environmental reporting, ensuring compliance with ISO50001, BREEAM, and GRESB frameworks
• Identify sustainability opportunities and lead on implementation across energy, waste, and resource use
• Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, surveyors and the wider on-site management team
• Uphold high standards of compliance, health and safety, and statutory governance
• Build strong working relationships with tenants, service partners and internal stakeholders

What You Will Bring

• Experience delivering building fabric or maintenance projects in a commercial, retail or mixed-use environment
• Working knowledge of environmental performance standards and sustainability frameworks
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety obligations
• Good communication and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally SharePoint
