• Ability to manage 50 websites from beginning to end, including coordination of resources, documentation, testing, meetings, and feedback.

• Must possess excellent and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be able to easily communicate with clients abroad.

• Good understanding of web development process from discovery to development of functionality specifications through construction and site deployment. Strong knowledge of especially Word-Press & SEO.

• Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up and judgment. Must be able to prioritize.

• A team player & team motivator having the ability to extract maximum out of the available resources.

• Someone willing to roll up their sleeves, dig in and do whatever it takes to get the job done
