Summary

Title: Project Manager Location: Parsipanny, NJ Type: Full-time employment Visa: US Citizen or GC only, the client cannot sponsor due to compliance Travel: maybe, will reimburse Interview: Phone, in-person Salary: Open, plus benefits plus bonus Description: This position will help coordinate projects, assist in the day to day operations of the office, construct and provide oversight on contracts, billing, etc. and would be the liaison between Client Cyber department and the rest of the company. This role will assist with entering expenses for the group/expense management, and will work with the Marketing Department to develop proposals and respond to RFPs Other daily responsibilities include but not limited to administrative duties, evidence custodian, and provide inventory management. This role will report directly to the Partner for Client Cyber Partner. Requirements: * Proven working experience in project management; * Working experience in the technology industry; * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills; * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience; * Experience writing proposals is preferred This role will need to be available after normal business hours to facilitate logistics, travel, support for staff addressing incident response. Notes: We really aren't looking for an IT PM. IT experience is a plus, but we are looking for someone with business administration experience. The candidate will be working parallel with me. We need someone that wears many hats.
