Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed estimates and project take-offs based on architectural drawings
  • Plan and manage flooring projects from award to final close-out
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams
  • Perform site visits to verify field conditions and measurements
  • Track project costs, timelines, and materials to ensure profitability
  • Work closely with sales, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage change orders and prepare project documentation and billing
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial or industrial flooring project management and estimation
  • Strong knowledge of flooring products (VCT, LVT, carpet, rubber, epoxy, ceramic, etc.)
  • Skilled in blueprint reading, construction take-offs, and job costing
  • Proficiency with estimating software such as MeasureSquare, Bluebeam, or Callidus
  • Organized and deadline-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Schedule: Full-Time

Monday to Friday

Work Location: Fall River, MA, with travel to regional project sites as needed
