Job Title: Project Manager - Operations & Technology Salary Range: $100,000 - 140,000 Location: Seattle - Administration About the Position The Project Manager - Operations & Technology is a highly collaborative, cross-functional leader responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key enterprise-wide initiatives. This includes high-impact projects in automation, technology implementation, and organizational transformation. This role partners directly with all members of the Executive Team while reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The position will accelerate strategic priorities and ensure alignment across functions for successful project implementation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. * * Develop and lead the execution of cross-functional project plans to ensure the successful relocation and transformation of a number of departments within Evergreen Goodwill's business operations. * Optimize our operations and how work is done using automation, technology, AI and conveyance and engineering. * Employ process improvement and systems improvements to increase efficiency across a number at different roles and departments. * Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned Executive Team initiatives. * Serve as the central point of coordination between the CFO, Executive Team members, and external vendors or consultants. * Track build-out project milestones, manage timelines, and communicate progress with clarity and consistency. * Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment, problem-solving, and resource optimization. * Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide status updates, presentations, and reports. * Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve project execution and recommend corrective action plans as needed. * Apply project management tools and practices to drive outcomes and support decision-making. * Coordinate with Facilities, IT, HR, Operations, and Finance teams for project dependencies and deliverables. * Contribute to documentation of project outcomes, lessons learned, and transition planning. Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not directly supervise staff but is expected to lead and influence cross-functional project teams. This person is an experienced leader able to bring together teams across the organization and externally to deliver on challenging projects. This person should have experience in setting up a brand new operations site using automation, technology and process improvement to add value to the organization. Responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating tasks across departments. Will oversee consultants or external vendor deliverables. Education and Experience * * Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). * Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in project management, site and space development, or enterprise systems implementation. * Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and to ability to influence and lead without direct authority. * Experience working with senior-level stakeholders, executive teams, and vendors. * Familiarity with real estate acquisition/development, IT modernization, or retail automation projects is preferred. * PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations * * Valid Washington Driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurance. * Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test. * PMP certificate or other project management training preferred Computer/Technology Skills * * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint). * Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). * Ability to learn and use internal Evergreen Goodwill systems as needed. Physical Abilities * * Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40-50 pounds, occasionally above head level. * Capable of traveling across various surfaces including stairs, ramps, and uneven terrain. * Effective communication with other teams through talking and hearing in English is essential. * The ability to communicate with individuals who may have limited English proficiency. * Maintain reliable attendance as per company policies and expectations.
