JOB TITLE: Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Strategic Initiatives

JOB PURPOSE: In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the business to drive key projects forward. Your work will involve planning, executing, and overseeing efforts to introduce new products, services, and applications. From operational improvements to innovation strategies, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Help coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project flow
- Track and monitor project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Identify potential risks and issues, and escalate them as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Help organize and facilitate project meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items
- Support project teams with administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- A consultative approach with 1 to 5 years of experience in management consulting or professional services
- Training and experience in methodologies to design, execute, and lead projects of varying size and complexity (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Problem Solving, and Change Management)
- Experience analyzing, articulating, and defining the requirements of business ideas; driving data gathering and evaluation, assess and redesign processes as well as developing specific artifacts to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. Adept at active listening, facilitating discussions, and tailoring messages to drive alignment and decision-making
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work with integrity and a positive attitude, willing to learn and connect, flexible to adapt, having a "can-do" approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data management, project coordination, or a similar role
- Experience with managing software development related projects
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or CRM systems
- Project Management related certifications
