Primary Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Define project execution strategies in cooperation with Senior Project Manager/Program Director (detail Organization, Quality Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, HSE Plan), supervising planning and scheduling of activities
• Manage the budget of the project under his authority, Manage the schedule of the project under his authority
• Manage the risk of the project under his authority, Lead and manage the Project Team, Manage effective communication,
• Review constantly the projects needs and organize resources in terms of staffing and define responsibility related to the team members task assignment
• Manage day-by-day operational aspects of a project and relevant scope
• Supervise engineering, procurement and construction activities, Assure his/her presence in site regularly
• Prepare and manage contractual issues versus third parties (Client/Contractor), under guidance of Project Director (if present) and Company Organization guidelines
• Proactively evaluate changes and deviations during all project phases, and further verify the benefits of the action planned
• Prepare and manage a formal closeout/handover project process
• Monitor progress of works along the various project phases, identify possible issues, decide about corrective actions monitoring the realization
• Represent the Company (if necessary and in accordance with the project organization), along with Senior Project Manager/Program Director, in front of the Client, Licensors and Partners, managing relevant contractual aspects and negotiating the potential Change Orders;
• Participate to the negotiation with key suppliers/subcontractors when necessary in cooperation with other tasks related to this position

Technical profile requirements

• You are an engineer with a minimum of 10yrs professional experience and already managed industrial projects
• At least 7 years of experience leading technical industrial Project
• Engineering experience (CSA, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical…) is preferred
• Technical knowledge of other disciplines such as electro mechanics, chemistry, automation, I&C. are required
• Knowledge and application of all common project management aspects.
• Academic thinking level (analytical but also helicopter view).
• Technical knowledge such as electro mechanics, chemistry, Good reporting skills.

Non-Technical profile requirements

• Team player, communicative at all levels (clients, colleagues, suppliers, higher management…). You can manage and coach a team.
