Job Description

In your role as Project Manager for the Nuclear Power Plant, your mission involves:

During the project initiation phase:

identifying the key stakeholders and developing an effective strategy to engage them in the project's key decisions, defining the project plan based on a preliminary study with an assessment of the scope, costs, deadlines, risks, and resources, and assembling the project team.

• You structure the project's activities so that all scope elements can be assigned to competent resources to carry them out and agree together on expectations (Content – Quality – Costs – Deadlines): scope and costs, assigning Work Packages to responsible parties, Rolling Wave Planning, roadmap, etc.
• You lead the execution of all project activities with a focus on critical aspects: progress, dynamic risk management, and decision-making (Scope-Costs-Deadlines) based on expert advice.
• You play your role in coordination, preparation, and facilitation in project governance.
• You protect the project's scope: managing potential changes in requirements and scope, analyzing the impact on the project plan.
• You work in compliance with current project management procedures and Modification Dossiers.
• You ensure the implementation of a QHSE plan in accordance with site requirements.
• You apply the purchasing process: purchasing strategy, contract management plan (with the support of Contract Managers), invoice management and approval, managing (with the support of TMs and the SPOC purchasing team) the operational and administrative closure of the contract (punch list, claim closure, negotiation of closure, etc.).
  
  

Your Profile

At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who:

• You are an engineer (civil or industrial).
• Fluent in French and English.
• You have validated experience in a project team (at least 5 years of experience in the industry after higher education, knowledge of project phasing or business interactions, for example).
• You are results-oriented and know how to work in a network.
• You are rigorous and have strong organizational and planning abilities.
• You have an analytical mind and good synthesis skills.
• Experience in a nuclear power plant is a significant advantage.
• PMI certification is a plus.
