Overview
Hybrid Remote opportunity for candidates geographically located in or near King of Prussia, Pennsylvania with a willingness to work on-site in our King of Prussia office two days per week
As a Project Manager, you will lead project lifecycles from inception to close, including requirements definition, resource scheduling, cost accounting, invoicing, coordination and project delivery with all parties involved.
YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include:
* Oversee, train, assist and develop the Project staff
* Manage professional services projects within a geographic area, as assigned
* Manage all projects via a repeatable, organized process
* Support customer-facing meetings
* Manage customer requirements gathering, task prioritization and schedule development
* Manage project-related accounting operations including cost accounting, invoicing and reconciliation
* Ensure schedule deadlines are met, on time, and within budget
* Assist sales personnel in identifying and closing new opportunities for ePlus
QUALIFICATIONS
* 4+ years of technology project and project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in technical field preferred
* Advanced technical degree a plus
* PMP certification
* Proven history of delivering large and small projects with hands-on project management responsibility
* Able to communicate with and earn confidence from senior-level executives
* Detailed knowledge of the operations of one or more business sectors of strategic interest to ePlus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to describe the business impact of technical solutions to non-technical clients
* Ability to work effectively in high-risk, high-pressure situations
* Ability to motivate engineering resources to out-perform and exceed client expectations
* Politically astute. Able to recognize and work with political issues within client organizations.
POSITION SPECIFICS
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
