Summary

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager cum Business Analyst to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive successful delivery of enterprise software initiatives by coordinating project activities, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Support end-to-end project execution for enterprise software implementations or product rollouts.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to track deliverables and dependencies.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes and follow-ups.
  • Monitor milestones and escalate issues to project leads for timely resolution.


Business Analysis

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in the product roadmap.
  • Participate in UAT, validation, and feedback cycles to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Identify process gaps and propose system or workflow improvements.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, expectations, and deliverables across teams.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to stakeholders.


Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements, change requests, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on project health, timelines, and resource utilization.


Qualifications & Experience:

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in a combined Project Management and/or Business Analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Hands-on experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience in an Enterprise SaaS or Product company.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, or business intelligence dashboards.
