We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders including vendors, clients, and contractors.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and monitor all phases of interior and construction projects, from planning to handover.

Coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.

Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, work schedules, and resource allocation.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress as per schedule.

Handle procurement of materials, review BOQs, and manage vendor negotiations.

Monitor day-to-day work progress, handle technical issues, and ensure smooth site execution.

Report project progress, risks, and solutions to management and clients.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in managing construction and interior fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of project execution, interior materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Own vehicle (optional but preferred, depending on site work).
