Summary

Project Manager - ( 250001RW ) Description Project Manager (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; New York, NY): Coordinate multi-disciplinary transit engineering projects with developer teams and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Support projects where either the developer is the direct client with the MTA as the end user, or projects where the MTA is the direct client on a public bid. Track financials of the project, including submitting invoices and Change Orders. Provide technical oversight for a multidisciplinary project team. Coordinate project deliverables, document submittals, client meetings, and review comments. Act as the main point of contact between the private developer client and government agencies. Develop technical and cost proposals for private developer clients. Apply design codes for steel and concrete design, and agency building standards for the development of various engineering projects. Perform business development activities including networking with consultants and clients. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $139,214 - $196,600 per year. #GTM #LI-DNI Qualifications Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 8 years of experience with the following: Coordinating engineering development projects; Steel and concrete design; and Revit and AutoCAD. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Design codes and agency standards including NY State Building Code.
