Customer Interview Process: Two video interviews first and One round with end client + team member- virtual interview

They want someone disconnected from their internal team to manage the project.In the past, projects have been delayed when the speaker is pulled in different directions. The aim is for the project to run behind the scenes with someone keeping stakeholders accountable.

• Mailchimp integration to Blackbaud -community/stakeholders
• 3rd party PS - PM project plan work with outside vendor
• MSFT PM tool available - facilities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex software integration projects
• Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms, especially Mailchimp
• Experience with Chimpgration, NetCommunity or Raiser's Edge (a plus)
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical team
