Pritchard Industries is seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our team at South Piedmont Community College. You will be responsible for management of the janitorial service contract between Pritchard Industries and Property Management. This job assignment is to include, and not be limited to cost analysis, scheduling, performance and compliance. The Project Manager will have the authority to receive, assign, and allocate special work orders issued by Property Management. The Project Manager will have input into the hiring and discharging employees with regard to strategic crew staffing. The Project Manager reports to VP/GM or whomever he/she designates.
Responsibilities:
* Full-time position managing up to 10 direct reports.
* Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all shifts within the scope of work by conducting daily meetings with staff and promoting policies, procedures, budgets, equipment, techniques, and safety.
* Manage project budgets of labor, supplies, equipment and vehicles.
* Ensure all staff are fully trained in company software, completion of daily inspection logs.
* Oversee continuous ongoing training for staff.
* Monitor and implement continuous measures to increase account profitability.
* Manage the purchases of all supplies and equipment meeting the budgets of contract.
* Review employee timekeeping with corporate offices to ensure within budget.
* Administer and adhere to company policies and procedures in accordance with the employee manual.
* Coordinate daily and weekly walkarounds with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Facilitate direct and open communication with customer management to ensure responsiveness and assistance in meeting our customers' needs.
Qualifications:
* Management experience required
* Lift 25 pounds
* Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
* Pass pre-employment drug screen
* Pass criminal background check
* Valid Driver License
