The Project

Mace have been recently engaged on a mixed-use refit project in Manhattan and are looking to add an NYC experienced Project and Cost Manager to the team. It is anticipated that these roles will flow on to further projects with the same client in the 5 Boroughs during the latter part of 2025 and into 2026.

Both roles will sit within our growing NYC centered Cities and Places team which covers the CRE, luxury retail, and hospitality sectors across the USA.

You’ll Need To Have

• Ideally 5-10 years construction industry experience.
• Availability to be in NYC five days a week.
• Ability to obtain a VISA to live and work in the USA.
  
  

You’ll Also Have

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects in the mixed-use real estate sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
• Previous NYC experience is preferred for these roles.
  
  

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.”
