Job Overview: The Lotus Biotech is seeking a full-time Project Manager located on-site in New Delhi. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, Digital marketing and content management. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the project team, monitoring project progress, ensuring project deliverables are met, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in spearheading Content, Marketing and Design projects and ensuring delivery of projects in compliance with the Cost, Schedule, Scope and Quality parameters.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ability to Ensure resource availability and allocation to accomplish objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Possess a flexible and detail-oriented attitude.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• A keen planner, strategist amp; implementer with demonstrated abilities in management for streamlining business operations and Organizational and time management skills.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Coordinate and integrates project activities, lead the team .
• Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques.
• Solve team conflicts and problems, and take corrective actions when a problem arises
• Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and make strategic decisions.
• Accuracy and efficiency in project tasks.
• Commitment to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO and hashtag strategies for social media optimization.
• Experience with visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
