We’re hiring a Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering a strategic, government-backed AI transformation program in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project execution across strategy, AI platform deployment, use case delivery, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and reporting using Smartsheet.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between consultants, engineers, and leadership.
• Prepare executive dashboards and track key KPIs including delivery progress and consultant utilization.
• Identify risks and ensure smooth resolution of issues and dependencies.

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in government or tech sectors.
• Proficient in Smartsheet with hands-on experience in project planning and reporting.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, AI systems, or ISO-compliant environments is a plus.
