Project Manager

Job Location - Mysore (Hybrid Model)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead and

coordinate projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure

projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing teams,

resources, and stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise.

Report regularly to senior management on project progress, challenges, and

outcomes.

Lead and motivate project team members; manage stakeholder communication and

expectations.

Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with company standards and

processes.

Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Mtech/MS in any engineering course.

3–7 years of project management experience.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., jira, Zoho etc).

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience with budgeting, reporting, and resource planning.

Experience managing cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
