We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and lead large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects through successful delivery.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of project management experience and a proven history of delivering ground-up multifamily projects of 100+ units. You will oversee all aspects of development — from preconstruction through completion — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle of ground-up multifamily developments (100+ units), including design coordination, entitlements, permitting, construction, and closeout.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and municipal agencies.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Monitor jobsite progress, quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and local regulations.
  • Lead regular team meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Review and process change orders, pay applications, RFIs, and other construction documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular progress reports and executive updates to Axria’s leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development or construction management.
  • Must have led the development of at least one 100+ unit ground-up multifamily project from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding of construction practices, sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Strong familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
