Project Manager - Multi-Family
Position Overview
The Project Manager - Multi-Family will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi-family construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The PM will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and maintain project schedules while fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, manage project finances, and ensure profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices in project management and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in multi-family or commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
