🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

Project Coordination & Oversight

• Own and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple ongoing projects
• Break down scopes into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities across departments
• Monitor progress and keep all stakeholders informed

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
• Prepare project updates, reports, and client-facing presentations
• Schedule and run client meetings, internal check-ins, and feedback sessions

Team Collaboration & Productivity

• Keep the team aligned and accountable using tools like Slack, Discord, and Monday Work Management
• Remove blockers and ensure everyone has what they need to succeed
• Document processes to help streamline agency workflows

Quality Assurance & Delivery

• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand quality standards
• Oversee final checks before presenting work to clients

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project/account management (preferably in a digital, creative, or marketing agency)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Slack, Figma, Google Workspace, Adobe Applications, Discord, and Monday Work Management
• Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, design workflows, or web development processes
• A solution-oriented mindset with an eye for detail
