More Optimal has its own cutting-edge cloud software platform, which allows us to develop supply chain applications for our customers at a fraction of the cost and a lot faster than what used to be market standards. Our Operations Research specialists are able to quickly model a customer’s puzzle and show where they can benefit.

Our office is located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch at walking distance from the train station and you will regularly visit our customers (at this moment mainly in Western Europe). As part of our project organization, you will be responsible for managing customer projects and related activities.

Projects are being executed using an agile-like methodology consisting of six weeks cycles. Projects vary from small (<4 cycles) to large (>10 cycles) and everything in between. We expect you to run the projects in close alignment with our consultants. Where our consultants take responsibility for the content and the quality, you will manage in close collaboration timeline, budget and scope.

Additionally you will contribute to our internal project management office processes, such as planning, invoicing, support and our evolving project implementation methodology.

Who you are

• Educated with bachelor or master degree in business administration or another relevant study.
• You like to work in a complex mathematical environment.
• Eager to contribute to a flawless delivery of our projects and work for our customers
• Passionate about working in an informal company that is growing rapidly.
