Allied Resources is hiring an Project Manager for a Commercial Construction Manufacturing facility that is proficient in interpreting technical drawings, airflow diagrams, and control systems design, with expertise in mechanical equipment selection and building/life safety code analysis. This is a direct-hire located in Montgomery County, PA with a base salary ranging up to $150,000, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Project Execution Plans (PEPs), manpower plans, schedules, fee spreadsheets, and earned value tracking.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure alignment with the PEP, budget, schedule, and Quality Plan.
• Lead project team meetings, provide updates, and generate monthly reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring financial performance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficient in PM tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6).
• Proficient in Revit (required).
