Project Manager

Location – Calvert County, MD

Comp range - $120k to $160k base + annual bonus

PTO – 20 Days + Company holidays

WFH – 2 days per week

About the Role

A historic GC with 50+ years of success is looking to grow their Project Management team based in Southern Maryland. They are well renowned within the K-12, Municipal and Commercial sectors with projects ranging from $5m to $150m across the DC, MD and N. Virginia market.

Company offers higher than market PTO, a 4.5 day work week (lunch time finish on Fridays) whilst still compensating at the same rate as the ENR Top 50’s. There is a defined pathway to SPM as the company is looking to increase their business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction through hand over.

· Control budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on time projects delivery.

· Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and manage documentation.

· Ensure project quality and safety is held to a high standard and in line with regulation.

· Develop relationships with Subcontractors, Clients and Architects.

· Control job costs, cash flow to maintain project profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

· 2+ years in a Lead Project Manager capacity

· Proficient in Procore, MS Projects or equivalent tools

· Ground up experience is preferable
