Job Summary & Objective
The Project Manager will manage multiple projects of varying sizes in accordance with established standards and procedures. This includes ongoing communication with clients, management of assigned resources and coordination with internal stakeholders. This person is responsible for delivering client projects in alignment with the critical constraints of scope, schedule, cost and quality.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
- Foster a culture of accountability.
- Promote collaboration within the team.
- Prepares detailed project plans, risk assessments, timelines and schedules to meet project objectives.
- Establishes project scope, implementation schedule and cost objectives in conjunction with other functional groups.
- Supports and implements new and existing policies and procedures.
- Promptly brings to attention any significant deviations to plan that are beyond his/her control and recommends corrective action.
- Works collectively with internal business partners to achieve program objectives, which may include review of operations procedures, providing information for script development, etc.
- Measure, monitor and track results of project deliverables.
- Utilize consistent best-practice project planning and status reporting per established standards and procedures.
- Responsible for day-to-day client communications.
- Consults with client to assist with defining project needs and ensures successful delivery of agreed-upon requirements.
- Accountable for completion of client deliverables.
- Complete quality assurance review of deliverables in connection with calculations and data loads.
- Collaboratively work with sales to provide full transparency of project status.
- Manage project budgets including project financial reporting and review as required.
- Manage assigned resources to maximize productivity and utilization.
- Participate in the end to end billing and invoicing process.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Three years or more of business experience and previous project management experience.
- One or more years of leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record of project delivery.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to motivate and hold others accountable.
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Able to work extended hours on occasion.
- Positive and professional attitude.
Physical Requirements
Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine. Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
The salary range for this position starts at $55,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
