Summary
Project Manager – Job Summary (Miami, FL)
Need Local to Florida
Minimum 7+ years of experience managing complex IT software projects in large organizations.
Demonstrated success in delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage entire project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Hands-on experience performing Scrum Master duties (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, lessons learned).
Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, business goals, and technical deliverables.
Excellence in project documentation (Project Charter, RACI matrices, reports, user stories, requirement documents, etc.).
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint for project management and collaboration.
Experience managing remote/distributed project teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
PMP Certification required.
Must be local to Florida; hybrid work model (4 days onsite in Miami).
