Summary

Title: Project Manager

Salary: Competitive

Status: Permanent, Full time

Location: Hybrid (U.S. – Looking for a candidate ideally from Atlanta, Miami or South Carolina)

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Travel: Monthly travel to customer sites across North America and Australia


Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Oversight: Lead and manage deployment of sensor-based

smart parking solutions, including planning, site prep, installation, testing, and

handoff.

Subcontractor Management: Source, negotiate with, and supervise field

contractors and installers. Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and

safety requirements.

Customer Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for customers

throughout deployment. Maintain clear communication and manage expectations

to ensure satisfaction.

Scheduling & Budget Control: Create and manage detailed work plans,

budgets, and resource forecasts using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira. Take

corrective actions as needed.

Issue Management: Proactively identify, document, and resolve issues during

planning and execution phases. Ensure proper escalation and risk mitigation

processes.

Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols and compliance with relevant

construction and environmental standards.

Quality Control: Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure that installations

meet technical and performance specifications.


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in construction, smart infrastructure,

or technology deployment projects.

Demonstrated experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and vendors on

active job sites.

Knowledge of software-integrated sensor systems or smart city technologies.

Comfortable working with project tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, MS Teams, and

similar platforms.

Strong understanding of jobsite safety, inspection protocols, and quality control

practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel monthly to deployment locations across North America


Nice to Have:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Experience in a startup, growth-stage tech company, or similar fast-paced

environment.

Familiarity with city permitting, utility coordination, or civil site preparation.

Technical understanding of IoT systems, wireless communications, or sensor

networks.
