KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITES Project Management Work closely with internal stakeholders and/or external service providers. Manage project issues taking actions to ensure their quick resolution. Develop, share and ensure compliance with the project plans developed for managed projects. Manage the process of design review of project layouts and any changes. Implement the project management standards methodology and process from project initiation to the close out. Ensure effective project information management. Ensure cost effectiveness of projects. Monitoring and Control Monitor and report on project progress and budgets. Oversee the work of external service providers. Liase with the contractors for pricing of minor layout changes and managing the process till the completion stage. Ensure thorough monitoring and control of the project’s quality in order to secure the compliance with client quality standards. Statements and Reports Prepare project’s summary progress reports with the project status updates, and closing out report. Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and standards. Minimum Experience: Min 5 years’ relevant experience in a managing reconciliation and settlement related projects including adoption by business users Min 5 years managing Banking/Financial Services related projects end to end Candidates who have had experience with any of the following highly desirable IntelliMatch, SmartStream, FSS SmartRecon Knowledge, & Other skills: Project management of data related technology implementation and associated business process changes Knowledge of the banking sector Project management skills for enhanced project delivery. Ability to think laterally and provide creative solutions to deliver projects and give strategic directions.
